Edwin, the only son of a single mother, has always lacked the warmth and support of his father. His mother, a woman who works in agriculture, has worked hard to provide for his needs and send him to school. Edwin had to walk 6 hours to attend classes, 3 to get there and 3 to return home, Monday through Friday. But one day the news about our program arrived, so his mother went to enroll him and begin the admission process. Unfortunately, his academic performance deficiencies were notable, but that was no impediment to accepting him in our program. So it was proposed to him and his mother that he should repeat his school year, to which they said yes without hesitation and with great emotion on their faces, since being part of the Project meant enjoying a better education and the comforts that he deserves. This year Edwin has risen to the occasion and worked hard to advance in his education. He is looking to begin his career path education in Accounting and Finance, following the footsteps of his cousin Benjamin.
