Osman hails from Marcala, La Paz, a region known for its coffee, therefore he is excited about the chance to learn more about its cultivation and the industry. Osman is driven and excited to be a part of the Project. He excels in athletics and has the charisma to bring his classmates along. His dedication has been a good example to those around and is quick to sharpen his teammates. Osman is a future leader and through the Moses Project he can be formed into a better mentor and friend for his peers. Whenever there is energy or effort lacking, Osman is one to notice and call his classmates to action, leading by example and expecting adequate effort from them. He is eager to learn English and is always practicing what he is learning with others that speak the language. Osman is grateful for the chance to be a part of this community and to have the chance to learn more than he would have access to otherwise.
